Suspension as well for Mclaren
Juan Pablo Montoya revealed in an interview with ITV-F1 that the team are working on an upgraded front suspension package for the cars.
Montoya also stated that the upgraded suspension is being tuned differently for the two drivers to try and help the two differing driving styles between him and team mate Kimi Raikkonen.
“They’re doing a new front suspension for both cars, not only my car, but mine’s slightly different, It’s just a way to develop the car and make it better. It’s a question of how we can make the car go quicker and if this makes the car go quicker then we’ll do it.” Montoya said.
So not only a new specification engine from Mercedes-Ilmore but new suspension will be arriving for the MP4-21. The new engine should be in use at this weekends grand prix after successful testing at Silverstone.
