Ferrari to loose advantage
It looks like the Ferrari 'moving' rear wing ideas will be adopted by the other teams.
The moving parts are the rear elements that make up the wing, they 'bend' so that the gap between them becomes smaller. This was accentuated by the Ferrari's easily topping the speed traps at San Marino.
Autosport report that the other teams now believe they have nothing to loose by emulating the Ferrari design. One unnamed source told the magazine: “It’s pretty obvious what Ferrari are doing and we’re going to have to do something similar to compete. We won’t be the only team doing this, either, and you’ll see the changes pretty quickly – certainly within weeks.”
