Two to the back
Nicco Rosberg and Tonio Liuzzi have been bumped to the back of the grid for this evening's US GP.
Tonio will start in 21st after the team decided to change his engine for precautionary reasons. However Nicco gets39;s the last spot as it seems he ignored a call into the weigh bridge.
The weigh bridge has caused it's fair share of controversy this year so far, and it does seem to unfairly penalise drivers. I wonder if there will be an appeal for the rules governing it to be changed.
